Α. Individual candidates

You can receive/collect your examination Score Report:

• By courier services: A request email message must be sent to our This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following information: Name of candidate, date of exam and level of exam, name of recipient, address of recipient, mobile phone number of the recipient, address of the Geniki Taxydromiki office that the recipient will collect the certificate(s). The receiver (customer) takes on the expenses of the shipment (receiver pays).

• By yourself from the Business Confucius Institute Athens offices: Bring your ID card or passport or any other legal document of identification ("tautoprosopia" with a photograph stamped by Public Authority or driver’s license).
• By a first-degree relative (father, mother, siblings) from the Business Confucius Institute Athens offices: The relative will bring his/her own ID card or passport or any other legal document of identification and the candidate’s ID card or passport or photocopy of the candidate’s ID card or passport.
• By a third party from the Business Confucius Institute Athens offices with a the relevant authorization form (Declaration of Law 1599/1986) issued via gov.gr or with verified signature authenticity at a Citizen Service Center (ΚΕΠ). The authorized third party must bring the verified authorization formto the Business Confucius Institute with his/her own ID card or passport or any other legal document of identification and the candidate’s ID card or passport or photocopy of the candidate’s ID card or passport.

Β. Language School Owners and Chinese language teachers

• You can receive the Examination Score Report by courier services: : A request email message must be sent to our This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following information: Name of candidate, date of exam and level of exam, name of recipient, address of recipient, mobile phone number of the recipient, address of the Geniki Taxydromiki office that the recipient will collect the certificate(s).
• The receiver (customer) takes on the expenses of the shipment (receiver pays).
• Certificates are delivered to candidates care of the Language School Owner or teacher who has registered the candidates.

• How do I get my certificate online?

You can find your certificate under the tab “Score”. You can print out the certificate yourself or save it as a PDF, it is valid as the paperversion. We recommend Google Chrome.

This PDF version of the certificate looks almost identical to the paper one and has a QR code on it that anyone can use to verify it. 

• How do I apply for an official extra score report?

After the results are announced, you can log in to the Chinese test administrators’ website www.chinesetest.cn and select the button "Apply for duplicates of the Score Report". Please note that any enquiries regarding the test report and/or certificate should be directed to the Chinese test administrators and not our test centre as we are unable to help with these queries.
