Before You Begin

Before completing your online enrolment, please make sure that you:

have selected the programme(s) you wish to attend;
have read the information regarding tuition fees and available discounts;
have paid the tuition fees in accordance with the Institute's instructions;
have your proof of payment available; and
have the required supporting documents available, if you are eligible for a tuition discount.

Once you have completed the above steps, you may proceed with your online enrolment.

ENROLMENT PERIOD

Online enrolment for the Chinese language programmes opens on 1 September each year.

Enrolment remains open at least until the commencement of each class and may continue afterwards, subject to the availability of places.

Early enrolment is strongly recommended, as some classes may reach full capacity before the start of the academic year.

The current availability of places is shown in the Available Classes table below.

Tuition fees must be paid in full for the entire academic year by bank transfer before completing the online enrolment form.

Important

When making the payment, please include the student's full name in the payment reference so that your payment can be identified.

After completing the payment, upload your proof of payment when completing the online enrolment form.

Your online enrolment will be considered complete only if it is accompanied by:

proof of payment; and
any required supporting documents for tuition discounts.

Important Information about Tuition Fees

Tuition fees are payable in a single instalment for the entire academic year.
Tuition fees are non-refundable in the event of withdrawal, discontinuation of studies or non-attendance.
Tuition fees do not include the cost of textbooks, HSK/HSKK examination fees or any optional educational activities.
