REGISTRATION: Enrolment is deemed complete upon the receipt of payment. Enrolment will be considered unsuccessful if the payment is not made. Your tuition fees should be paid in full before online enrolment at the start of each academic year (before submitting the online enrolment). Any applicable discounts should be taken into account according to ABCI’s Discount Policy.
In order to register:

1. Pay your full tuition fees (bank payment)
2. Fill in the online application form
3. Attach the Payment Receipt (Transaction/Transfer bank receipt)
4. If you are entitled to annual tuition discount, attach relevant documentation on the “Discount Eligibility” (Proof of unemployment, Valid Student Identity Card etc.). Students who continue from the previous academic year are automatically entitled to a 10% discount and no attachment to this field is required.

If you've found the course you want but it’s full, GET ON THE WAITLIST.

WAITLIST: If you've found the course you want but it’s full, don't worry! This happens often, especially with Saturday courses. 
To get on the waitlist:

1. DO NOT PAY the tuition fees
2. Fill in the online application
3. Select the course that displays the “Get on the WaitList” option and “get in line” for the next available space that may come available – if a seat becomes available. If you're at the top of the wait list, and a spot becomes available, you will receive an email advising you have 24 hours to register online and pay the tuition fees. If you miss your window of time to register in the course, you will be removed from the wait list, and the next person on the wait list will have the opportunity to add the course.

SEAT RESERVATION: Lesson reservations are first-come first-serve and are strongly recommended. Reserve your seat in advance free of charge (1-31 August) for the course you wish to be considered for! The first courses will begin at the end of September and due to the limited availability of seats, early registration is strongly recommended to ensure your participation

• Seat reservation submission does not guarantee you will be able to enroll in your course of choice. Seats are provided according to available space and position in the queue.
• Reservations will be converted into registrations only with the full payment of tuition fees (from September 1 to October 7). Otherwise, reservations are considered invalid.
• Please keep an eye on your email, as you will be sent a message if we are able to offer you a spot in your requested course. Offers are only valid for 48 hours, so timely attention to your email is necessary. We cannot guarantee you a spot if you miss your 48 hour period. Due to the strong interest in our programs, the email may be moved to the Junk/Spam Folder (Check your Spam Folder).
• If you have submitted a seat reservation request and no longer wish to be considered for the course, please email us (confucius@aueb.gr) to have your name removed.

If you wish to reserve a seat, please follow the below instructions:

GENERAL NOTICE: After SUBMITTING the online application / registration in all three cases (Registration, WaitList, Seat Reservation), you will receive an automated reply message to the email address you provided to register (check your email).
