📄 Availability of Official Score Reports

The official analytical performance reports (Score Reports) for the HSK, HSKK & YCT exams are now available for collection or delivery from the
Business Confucius Institute at Athens (BCI Athens).

🕙 Collection Hours: Tuesday–Wednesday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
📍 Address: 29 Evelpidon Street, 113 62 Athens (5th Floor)

 In-person Collection

Certificates can be collected in person from the Institute’s offices (29 Evelpidon Street, 5th Floor) during public service hours (Tuesday–Wednesday–Thursday, 10:00–13:00).
Please bring a valid ID card, passport, or other official identification document.

 Collection by Authorized Representative

A trusted person may collect your certificate on your behalf with:

• an authorization issued through gov.gr, or
• a signed authorization verified for authenticity by a Citizens’ Service Center (KEP),
  along with the ID or passport of the authorized person and a copy of the candidate’s ID or passport.

 Delivery by Courier Service

You may arrange delivery through a courier company of your choice, at your own expense.
To do so, please contact your preferred courier company directly and provide the necessary information so they can collect the sealed envelope from the Institute and deliver it to your address.

When contacting the courier service, please make sure to provide the following details:

• Candidate’s full name
• Examination date
• Exam level (HSK, HSKK, or YCT)
• Recipient’s full name (if different from the candidate)
• Delivery address and mobile phone number

📦 The courier service will collect the envelope from the Business Confucius Institute at Athens and deliver it directly to you, with the cost charged to the recipient.

Additional Information

• The HSK, HSKK & YCT Score Reports are sent to the Institute approximately 50 days after the examination and remain available for up to two (2) years after the exam date.
• The Institute bears no responsibility for delays or losses caused by postal or courier services.
• In-person collection or collection via an authorized representative is strongly recommended.
