Collection Options

In-Person Collection

Candidates may collect their Score Reports in person by presenting an ID card, passport, or another official identification document.

Collection by an Authorized Person

Score Reports may also be collected by an authorized person upon presentation of:

• An authorization issued through gov.gr, or
• A written authorization with the signature officially certified by a Citizens’ Service Centre (KEP),

along with the authorized person’s ID card or passport.

Collection via Courier

Candidates may arrange collection through a courier company of their choice at their own expense. Candidates are responsible for contacting the courier company and arranging the collection directly, after informing the Institute in advance.

Courier collections can only take place during the Institute’s public opening hours:
