Registration Information

Your registration is considered complete and valid only when accompanied by proof of payment for the full tuition amount.
Otherwise, the registration is considered invalid, and participation in courses will not be permitted.

Steps to Complete Your Registration

Tuition Payment
Deposit the full amount of the tuition fees into the bank account of the Confucius Institute in Athens.
(Bank details are provided in the “Payment Instructions” section
Fill Out the Online Application
Carefully complete all required fields in the online registration form.
Make sure your contact details (full name, email, phone number) are accurate.
Attach the Required Documents
- Mandatory: Upload the Proof of Tuition Payment (bank, interbank, or online transaction receipt).
- Optional (where applicable): If you are entitled to a tuition discount according to the Institute’s Discount Policy, attach the corresponding document (e.g. unemployment certificate, student ID card, etc.).
- Continuing students from the previous academic year are automatically entitled to a 10% discount and are not required to attach any additional documentation.

Submit Registration
Click the [REGISTER] button to finalize your registration.

After Submission

Once you click “REGISTER” and the online form has been successfully submitted:

You will receive an automatic confirmation email at the address provided.
This message includes a summary of your application and key information about next steps.
Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder, as the message might be filtered.

Important Notes

Registrations without proof of payment are not valid.
Tuition fees are paid in full and are non-refundable in case of withdrawal or non-attendance.

Notes Regarding Registration

Before Registering

Before completing your online registration for the Chinese Language Courses, please make sure to review the Class Schedule to learn more about the available courses, start and end dates, and class times.

Registration Period and Tuition Fees

From September 1 to October 10 each year.
The platform remains open until the officially announced course start date, according to the Institute’s schedule.
Early registration is highly recommended, as places fill up quickly.
Registration is considered complete only after payment has been received and verified.
Tuition fees must be paid before the start of classes.

Payment Instructions

Tuition fees are paid in one single installment for the entire academic year. Payment must be made by bank deposit to the account of the National Bank of Greece, before the beginning of the courses and prior to submitting the online registration, taking into account any discounts you may be entitled to according to the Institute’s Discount Policy.

📌 The student’s full name must be clearly stated in the payment reference field of the bank deposit.

General Notes

The student’s name must be clearly indicated on the bank deposit slip.
The total amount paid covers one full academic year.
Tuition fees do not include the cost of textbooks or exam registration fees. Students are required to purchase the appropriate textbooks for their chosen course.
Students are fully responsible for any errors made during the registration process. Applications will not be reviewed for such mistakes, so please double-check all details before submitting your registration.
Registration will be considered unsuccessful if tuition payment has not been completed.
Tuition fees are paid in full upon registration and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable to another academic year, in the event of withdrawal, interruption of studies, or non-attendance.
