According to the official announcement issued by Chinese Testing International (CTI) on 9 September 2026, HSK 3.0 will be officially launched worldwide on 13 December 2026.

Accordingly, the 13 December 2026 examination session at Athens Business Confucius Institute will be conducted under the new HSK 3.0 system.

Enrolment and payment deadline: 16 November 2026

Enrolment must be completed through the official Chinese Test Service Website at www.chinesetest.cn.

Collection Methods

Personal Collection

Certificates may be collected in person upon presentation of a valid identity card, passport, or other official identification document.

Collection by an Authorized Representative

Certificates may be collected by an authorized representative upon presentation of:

• An authorization issued through gov.gr, or
• A written authorization bearing a certified signature from a Citizens’ Service Centre (KEP),

together with the representative’s identity card or passport.

Courier Delivery

Candidates may arrange collection through a courier company of their choice at their own expense. All arrangements should be made directly between the candidate and the courier company, after informing the Institute in advance.

The courier company may collect the sealed envelope containing the certificate from the Institute during public service hours (10:00–14:00).

Enrolment and Payment Deadline

The enrolment and payment deadline is Monday, June 1, 2026.

On the same day, the online enrolment system will close in the afternoon, after which:

• no new registrations will be accepted
• no payment validations will be possible

Very Important Notice Regarding Payments

As June 1st is a public holiday in Greece, banks and university services will remain closed and interbank transactions will not be processed normally.

Payments made on Saturday 30/05, Sunday 31/05, or Monday 01/06 will appear in the university account from Tuesday 02/06 or even Wednesday 03/06.

However, after the enrolment system closes on 01/06, payment validations will no longer be possible and, according to HSK/HSKK examination regulations, candidates whose payment has not been validated in time will not be allowed to participate in the examinations.

We would like to inform you that enrolment and payment for the HSK & HSKK Exams (All Levels, Version 2.0) taking place on Sunday, July 21, 2024 opens at 7:00 a.m. on May 24, 2024; continuous enrolment is available through June 24, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (Beijing Time).

The HSK & HSKK tests are standardized tests that assess a person's language proficiency of the Chinese as a foreign/secondary language and are available at all levels.

• Enrolment for the YCT Exams (All Levels) taking place on Sunday, May 12, 2024 opens at 7:00 a.m. on March 15, 2024; continuous enrolment is available through April 15, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (Beijing Time).
• Make sure to register during the official enrolment period and complete all the required steps of the application process within the stipulated deadline, because only then will you be guaranteed a place in the exam(s).
• Τhe deadline for submitting the electronic application for participation in the YCT Exams (Monday 15-04-2024, at 11:59 pm, Beijing time) applies to all actions required by the candidate. That is, before submitting the application, the candidate must have completed the payment process of the fee for the corresponding level of examination and submitted his electronic enrolment.

The HSKK tests are standardized tests that assess a person's language proficiency of the Chinese as a foreign/secondary language and are currently available at THREE levels (HSKK 1,2,3).
