Α. Individual candidates
- If you wish to have your certificate sent:
- Download, complete, and sign the relevant application.
- Send the completed application with a photocopy of your ID card or passport or any other legal document of identification ("tautoprosopia" with a photograph stamped by Public Authority or driver’s license).
Send the documents mentioned using one of the following ways:
- By ordinary mail (registered/tracked mail is excluded): 29 Evelpidon str., GR-113 62 Athens

You can receive your examination Score Report:
- By courier services: Please call your preferred courier company and request a fetch. Name of candidate, date of exam and level are required. Courier services will pick-up the certificate from our offices. The receiver (customer) takes on the expenses of the shipment (receiver pays).

- If you wish to collect the certificate yourself from the Business Confucius Institute Athens offices:
- Bring your ID card or passport or any other legal document of identification ("tautoprosopia" with a photograph stamped by Public Authority or driver’s license).
- If you wish your certificate to be collected by a first-degree relative (father, mother, brother, sister) from the Business Confucius Institute Athens offices:
- The relative will bring his/her own ID card or passport or any other legal document of identification and the candidate’s ID card or passport or photocopy of the candidate’s ID card or passport.
- If you wish your certificate to be collected by a third party from the Business Confucius Institute Athens offices:
- Download, complete, and sign the relevant application.
- Download and complete the relevant authorization form (Declaration of Law 1599/1986). Verify the authenticity of your signature on the form at a police station or Citizen Service Center (ΚΕΠ).
- The authorized third party must bring the completed application and the authorization form to the Business Confucius Institute with his/her own ID card or passport or any other legal document of identification and the candidate’s ID card or passport or photocopy of the candidate’s ID card or passport.
Β. Language School Owners and Chinese language teachers
- Examination Score Reports will be available 50 days after the test date.
- You can receive the Examination Score Report by courier services: Please call your preferred courier company and request a fetch. Name of candidate, date of exam and level are required. Courier services will pick-up the certificate from our offices.
- The receiver (customer) takes on the expenses of the shipment (receiver pays).
- Certificates are delivered to candidates care of the Language School Owner or teacher who has registered the candidates.
