Registration and Payment Deadline

The registration and payment deadline is Monday, June 1, 2026.

On the same day, the online registration system will close in the afternoon, after which:

• no new registrations will be accepted
• no payment validations will be possible

Very Important Notice Regarding Payments

As June 1st is a public holiday in Greece, banks and university services will remain closed and interbank transactions will not be processed normally.

Payments made on Saturday 30/05, Sunday 31/05, or Monday 01/06 will appear in the university account from Tuesday 02/06 or even Wednesday 03/06.

However, after the registration system closes on 01/06, payment validations will no longer be possible and, according to HSK/HSKK examination regulations, candidates whose payment has not been validated in time will not be allowed to participate in the examinations.

Προθεσμία εγγραφής και πληρωμής

Η προθεσμία εγγραφής και πληρωμής είναι η Δευτέρα 1 Ιουνίου 2026.

Την ίδια ημέρα, το ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα εγγραφών θα κλειδώσει το απόγευμα και μετά το κλείδωμα δεν θα είναι δυνατή:

• καμία νέα εγγραφή
• καμία επιβεβαίωση πληρωμής

Πολύ σημαντική ενημέρωση σχετικά με τις πληρωμές

Καθώς η 1η Ιουνίου είναι αργία στην Ελλάδα, οι τράπεζες και οι υπηρεσίες του Πανεπιστημίου θα παραμείνουν κλειστές και οι διατραπεζικές συναλλαγές δεν θα εκτελεστούν κανονικά.

Καταθέσεις που θα πραγματοποιηθούν το Σάββατο 30/05, την Κυριακή 31/05 ή τη Δευτέρα 01/06 θα εμφανιστούν στον λογαριασμό του Πανεπιστημίου από την Τρίτη 02/06 ή και την Τετάρτη 03/06.

Ωστόσο, μετά το κλείσιμο του συστήματος στις 01/06 δεν θα είναι πλέον δυνατή η επιβεβαίωση πληρωμών και, σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς των εξετάσεων HSK/HSKK, οι υποψήφιοι των οποίων η πληρωμή δεν θα έχει εμφανιστεί εγκαίρως δεν θα μπορούν να συμμετάσχουν στις εξετάσεις.

The Confucius Institute of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) announces the relocation of its headquarters, as well as the change of the HSK / HSKK Chinese language certification examination center.

Relocation of the Confucius Institute AUEB

As of Monday, May 11, the headquarters of the Institute will be relocated from:

Evelpidon 29, 11362 Athens, 5th floor

to the new address, where teaching activities are already taking place:

143 Patision & Kefallinias 46, 1st floor, 112 51 Athens (entrance from Kefallinias St.)

At the new premises, the Administrative Offices, Library, and all administrative services will operate daily from 10:00 to 13:00, with access via doorbell under the name of the Institute.
