Important Notices/Instructions

• Registration for the YCT Exams (All Levels) taking place on Sunday, May 12, 2024 opens at 7:00 a.m. on March 15, 2024; continuous registration is available through April 15, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (Beijing Time).
• Make sure to register during the official registration period and complete all the required steps of the application process within the stipulated deadline, because only then will you be guaranteed a place in the exam(s).
• Τhe deadline for submitting the electronic application for participation in the YCT Exams (Monday 15-04-2024, at 11:59 pm, Beijing time) applies to all actions required by the candidate. That is, before submitting the application, the candidate must have completed the payment process of the fee for the corresponding level of examination and submitted his electronic registration.

Το Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (CTCSOL) είναι μια τυποποιημένη εξέταση που διοργανώνεται από το Κέντρο Ανταλλαγής και Συνεργασίας Κινεζικών-Ξένων Γλωσσών του Υπουργείου Παιδείας της Λαϊκής Δημοκρατίας της Κίνας. Το πιστοποιητικό αποτελεί απαίτηση προτεραιότητας για τα Ινστιτούτα Κομφούκιος στο εξωτερικό στην πρόσληψη καθηγητών κινεζικής γλώσσας; αποτελεί αναφορά για σχολεία και εκπαιδευτικά ιδρύματα στο εσωτερικό και στο εξωτερικό για την επιλογή και την αξιολόγηση καθηγητών κινεζικής γλώσσας; Αποτελεί αναφορά για την αξιολόγηση του επιπέδου των εκπαιδευτικών και των διδακτικών ικανοτήτων των διεθνών κινεζικών εκπαιδευτικών ιδρυμάτων.

The International Chinese Teacher Certificate examination (Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, CTCSOL) is a standardized examination sponsored by the Sino-Foreign Language Exchange and Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. This certificate is a priority for overseas Confucius Institutes to recruit Chinese teachers; a reference for schools and evaluating institutions to select and evaluate Chinese and teachers; a reference for evaluating the faculty and teaching strength of international Chinese teaching institutions.

Athens, founded in 2009, is the first Confucius Institute in Greece and the first business Confucius Institute in Europe. Over the past ten years of development, the Confucius Institute for Business in Athens has graduated nearly 3,000 students and offers 15 courses every year. It is a model of Chinese teaching in Greece. As the only international Chinese Teacher Certificate examination center officially authorized by Hankao International in Greece, the Confucius Institute of Athens Business University has successfully held the teacher certificate examination for three consecutive years.
